Earlier this year, we asked for your input and feedback on the InCommon Certificate Service in our annual survey. Such feedback is critical to the success of the InCommon Certificate Service because it allows you — the higher education and research community — to drive the service in the directions that matter most.
Last month we asked the InCommon community to provide feedback on the InCommon Certificate Service in the form of an online survey. We use the feedback to develop work plans for the service for the coming year. This is a quick update on where we’re at with that process.
The InCommon Certificate Service is just completing a community survey that will help inform the work plan for 2018. This is a summary of what we have accomplished against the 2017 work plan and some thoughts about what is coming in 2018.
As of February 9, 2018, InCommon had 957 participants from higher education, research organizations, and sponsored partners, as well as 421 organizations subscribed to the InCommon Certificate Service.
