NET+ Zoom Subscribers Join Roundtable Discussion, Share Lessons Learned of Zoom Implementation On-campus During COVID-19
The Internet2 NET+ Zoom Service Advisory Board (SAB) hosted a roundtable discussion for current NET+ Zoom subscribers on May 12, 2020. The discussion included members of the SAB sharing their insights into how their institutions transitioned to full-time distance learning amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. Speakers included:
- Kael Kanczuzewski, academic technology professional at University of Notre Dame
- Mark Leonard, applications administrator at University of New Hampshire
- Jason Smith, service team manager at University of Washington
The group discussed highlights of the transition along with any lessons that were learned along the way. Community members were also invited to share their experiences, with topics varying from migrating existing Zoom accounts into the enterprise licenses, to working with Zoom to implement HIPAA compliant instances.
