InCommon Certificate Service Subscribers

As of March 16, 2018, 424 organizations subscribe to the InCommon Certificate Service. New subscriber since February 9, 2018:

Research & Scholarship Category (R&S) - The R&S Category includes service providers that support research and scholarly activities such as virtual organizations and campus-based collaboration services. There are currently 79 InCommon Service Providers in the category. Participating Identity Providers agree to release a small set of attributes to the category. Each time a vetted Service Provider is added to the category, that SP receives the appropriate attributes.

There are 69 Identity Providers that support the international REFEDS R&S category (which is recommended) and an additional 80 IdPs release attributes to R&S SPs registered by InCommon.

SIRTFI - Forty-two InCommon identity providers have declared compliance with SIRTFI (Security Incident Response Trust Framework for Federated Identity), up from 31 last month. (see the list). Compliance means agreeing to a baseline set of security practices and including a security contact in metadata.
