Registration for Chinese-American Networking Symposium (CANS2016) now open!

"One Network – One World" is the theme of this year's 17th iteration of an annual symposium that brings together technologists and domain scientists from China and the US. Participants will explore the challenges of international science and research cooperation as well as how networking technology can improve and enhance this cooperation. Domain scientists from fields such as oceanography, ecology and agriculture will speak about their experiences, and technology experts will address such diverse and fascinating topics as open education, supercomputing, and the role of networks in collaboration. CANS2016 is hosted by Rice University in Houston, Texas, and will take place from Oct. 17-19, 2016. Early-bird registration is available for a limited time – until September 15th – so register now!
