Day 1:  1:00PM - 5:00PM (includes PM Break)

Day 2:  9:00AM - 5:00PM (includes AM Break / Lunch / PM Break) 

Day 3:  8:00AM - Noon (includes AM Break).

Meals:

Please have breakfast at your hotel before heading over to Bale.  If you are staying at the University Plaza Hotel, enjoy the complimentary breakfast buffet.  If you are staying at the Hilton Garden Inn, they should provide you with breakfast vouchers when you check in (please ask if you do not get them) to allow you to breakfast at the University Plaza Hotel just down the road (0.1 miles)

All food and beverages will be served adjacent to the Bale Conference Room

Parking/Access to the building:

If you are driving and need a parking permit please refer to the email Marie Modrell sent.

Access to Building: OARnet staff will be positioned at the doors along the west end of the building by the small parking lot (which is where the directional link above will lead you).  There is also parking along the south side of the building.  Directional signage will be placed on the doors.
