Working Groups: Review Process Forms
There are a number of forms used during the review process; each type of group (Advisory, Special Interest, and Working) has one review form to be completed by the chair(s) and a second review form to be completed by the Internet2 Liaison for that group. These forms are completed and submitted to the Ad Hoc Review Panel, assigned by Internet2 when the Review Dates are finalized for a given year. The Review Panel members are Internet2 managers who do not work in the area of the group under review; this ensures that the review is peformed by an unbiased jury. To aid them in this process, it is best if the review forms are completed both as clearly as possible and submitted as early as possible to allow the group time to submit any questions for clarification before the actual review occurs.
