Words can be a powerful tool for brand building when used in the right mouth! The words we use should be clear. Chose an active voice and strong verbs whenever possible and always go for the shorter word... say what you mean in the most direct way. Keep in mind that you are writing for international audiences so the language should be simple and easily translated into the many languages we speak and work with around the world.
