NET+ Office 365 Education provides participants with additional escalations for critical and urgent Office 365 support incidents through a support agreement that Internet2 has developed with Microsoft. The NET+ Office 365 Education program also provides access to an online community with forums, resources, and other materials to interact with the research and education community deploying Office 365 as well as to provide direct feedback to the Microsoft Office 365 team.

Office 365 Pricing
Office 365 Education includes multiple subscription plans. Additional standalone service offerings (such as Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio, additional storage and more) are available to customize for the needs of your school. Final pricing for Office 365 services are available through a Microsoft Licensing Solution Provider (LSP). Additional details are available on the Office 365 for Education website.
NET+ Access Fee
Based on extensive community experience and input developing infrastructure and platform programs through the NET+ initiative, as well as the desire for aggregation discounts at scale to accrue to the service users on campus, program costs need to be covered by participating campuses at the enterprise level. New access fees for NET+ Infrastructure and Platform Services Program have been implemented to balance the need for community cost recovery and program financial sustainability and to maximize the benefits of infrastructure and platform services to campus users. The NET+ Office 365 program is open to both Internet2 members and non-members. The following are the steps to participate in the program:
- Complete an Office 365 service agreement with your institution’s Microsoft LSP.
- Review the NET+ service offering and fees on the tabs above. If you have any questions, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Review the Infrastructure and Platform Services Participation Agreement and the Participation Schedule for Internet2 NET+ Office 365.
Note: NET+ agreements are developed by the community and may not be modified for an individual institution. Requests for changes based on state law requirements should be submitted with appropriate citations as part of the application process.
- Click HERE and complete the NET+ Office 365 application for service.
- Sign the Infrastructure and Platform Services Participation Agreement and the Participation Schedule, as provided based on your application.
