Membership

Through Internet2 membership, our community focuses on developing and deploying advanced networking technologies and capabilities in service of U.S. research and higher education. Internet2 members represent a wide range of research and academic disciplines from over 300 member institutions, including leading U.S. universities, corporations, government research agencies, and not-for-profit networking organizations.

Internet2 membership is open to universities, corporations, and non-profit research oriented organizations. Individual membership is not available. The Economic Stimulus Bill will have many implications on advanced networking in research and education.
