The winter 2026 meeting of the NTNC Steering Committee and Partners will be held on Wednesday, January 28th, and Thursday, January 29th, following a social hour and dinner on Tuesday, January 27th, in vibrant Denver, Colorado.
Registration is free, and the meeting sessions will be held in the Grand Ballroom of the Oxford Hotel.
A block of rooms has been reserved for participants at both The Oxford Hotel and The Crawford Hotel for the nights of January 27th and 28th. The group rate for The Oxford is $209 per night, while The Crawford is priced at $239 per night. The Crawford is conveniently located in Union Station, and The Oxford is less than a block away from Union Station.

- You can make your reservation by calling the hotels below directly and identifying yourself as a member of the “NTNC Winter Meeting” room block or using the booking links below.
- Please make your reservation by January 2nd. After that date, all remaining rooms in our block will be released for general sale.
- You can reach both hotels easily by taking the light rail from Denver International Airport.
- Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. at both hotels. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request.
- Both hotels have a 48-hour cancellation fee
- WiFi is complimentary and available throughout each hotel.
