2011 Internet2 Advisory Councils Election
The Internet2 Governance and Nominations Committee (GNC) is pleased to announce the Call For Nominations for open positions on the Internet2 Advisory Councils. The open call for nominations for the Advisory Councils commences on Tuesday, 18 January 2011 and concludes on Monday, 14 February 2011. The GNC will finalize the Advisory Councils ballot and the election will open on or about 24 March 2011.

Current Advisory Council members whose terms expire in 2011 are eligible for re-election.
Four Advisory Councils (AMSAC, AOAC, ERAC, RAC)
CIO Representative – 1 opening per council
Regional Representative – 1 opening per council
Researcher Representative – 1 opening per council
Industry Representative – 1 opening per council, 2 openings on the RAC
