   • Version 1.3 released on Sourceforge
   • Megaconference V was the first major public testbed for WAN testing of H.323 Beacon
   • Working towards integrating the tool as a standard tool in the Internet2 Commons for troubleshooting Videoconference performance problems
   • Modifications to the H.323 Beacon are being made for a PAM2004 paper to obtain subjective and objective quality measures for determining network characteristics bounds for H.323 Videoconferencing...
   • A Whitepaper is being written that discusses troubleshooting Videoconferencing problems...
      
2. Internet2 piPES
   • Developing and assisting in deployment of traceroute measurements on Abilene...
   • Assisting in visualization of BWCTL and collection of NTP data from nms4-nodes
   • Ordered servers and time source to facilitate ITEC-Ohio deployment of piPES in the coming months...
      
3. TFN Measurement Project
   • Working with other Ohio schools on testing advanced Internet technologies such as firewalls, VoIP, packeteers for deployment on TFN
   • Netflow being deployed on partner Ohio schools on TFN
